Do you offer Layaway Plans?
Yes! We are happy to offer Affirm at checkout. Affirm lets you split your purchase into 4 payments that you decide is best for you. Affirm pays me within 2 business days and you get your doll right away! I pay a small fee to them but you don't pay anything extra. For more information check out Affirm HERE
Do you also sell on Reborns.com?
I sure do! For almost five years I have been advertising on reborns.com and redirecting people back to my website ever since that glitch in the matrix where two different people bought the same doll at the same time from different sites. That type of situation makes me crazy, however due to the rules I HAVE to offer instant payments on reborns. If you purchase on the website you get free shipping and the opportunity to pay with affirm.

Do you paint customs?
Customs are available for repeat customers. Please email me if you own one of my dolls and want me to paint a particular kit.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We offer Free shipping within the USA.
Do you paint Silicone dolls?
Yes! I expect to have more silicone dolls available this year; make sure you check out our newsletter for all information.
Do you make budget babies or give away free dolls?
Cuddle Babies are often offered, and they are a fantastic alternative to a full-limb baby. I often hold giveaways, make sure you follow Instagram and join the newsletter for all information.

When will I receive my doll?
After your payment has cleared, PayPal will create your shipping label, and the tracking will be emailed to you via Shopify.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be sent and up to 48 hours for it to update. Dolls are shipped out the next business day after purchase with tracking. UPS 2-3 day Air.
If your doll arrives damaged- or the box is damaged in any way, it is up TO YOU to file a complaint with YOUR postal service. Pumpkin Sparkles Babies is not liable for the doll once it leaves our nursery. Photos and videos are taken of the doll before shipment for our protection. For dolls $775 and up, your doll will be insured for the total value. However, proof of damage and value must be documented. Filing a claim takes a very long time, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
I bought one of your dolls from a Facebook group or eBay, and I have a question about it or it is damaged in some way.
It is so awesome that our dolls receive lots of love from different homes. However, once a doll leaves the nursery, we are no longer responsible for the care of the painting. We cannot touch up or answer questions about a doll you purchased from a third-party seller. The seller is responsible for disclosing any "imperfections" that may have occurred.
