Do you offer Layaway Plans?
As of Winter 2025, we have added Shop Pay to our store, giving you even more flexible payment options! While we no longer offer layaway plans for new customers, you can now use Shop Pay, and PayPal Pay Later at checkout on Reborns.com to buy now and pay over time. 😊
Do you also sell on Reborns.com?
Our dolls are often cross-posted on both Reborns.com and our website to allow for multiple payment methods.

Do you paint customs?
Customs are available for repeat customers. Please email me if you own one of my dolls and want me to paint a particular kit.

We have started to ship internationally, so please email us for more information.
Do you paint Silicone dolls?
I paint custom silicone dolls for repeat buyers. Please email me for more information.

Due to the high volume of requests, direct messages are not regularly monitored. The best way to connect is through email. I usually respond within 24 hours Mon-Friday

When will I receive my doll?
After your payment has cleared, PayPal will create your shipping label, and your tracking will be uploaded to the order menu on reborns.com.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be sent and up to 48 hours for it to update. Dolls are shipped out the next business day after purchase with tracking. UPS 2-3 day Air.
If your doll or its packaging arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your postal service. Pumpkin Sparkles Babies is not liable for any damage once the doll leaves our nursery.
📸 Pre-Shipment Documentation: We take photos and videos of each doll before shipping to ensure its condition before transit.
💰 Insurance for High-Value Dolls: Dolls priced at $775 and above will be insured for their full value. However, to file a claim, you must provide proof of damage and value as required by the shipping carrier.
⚠️ Important Note: Filing an insurance claim can be a lengthy process, and reimbursement is not guaranteed by the postal service. Please be aware of these policies before purchasing.

I bought one of your dolls from a Facebook group or eBay, and I have a question about the doll, or it needs to be touched up.
It is so awesome that our dolls receive lots of love from different homes. However, once a doll leaves the nursery, we are no longer responsible for the care of the painting. We cannot touch up or answer questions about a doll you purchased from a third-party seller. The seller is responsible for disclosing any "imperfections" that may have occurred.
