Miley features a beautiful port wine birthmark like many real-life babies.

"A port wine stain is a vascular birthmark caused by abnormal development of blood vessels in the skin. A port wine stain is sometimes referred to as a capillary malformation. They are quite common and happen in an estimated three out of 1000 babies. Some port wine stains are small, others can be quite large. Port wine stains can be found anywhere on the body, but most often appear on the face, neck, arms, legs, and scalp."

The birthmark is carefully hand-painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints and set with a textured varnish to give it a realistic appearance. Miley has this birthmark all over his body.

He is painted with GHSP and set with a matte and dewy finish. 

His eyes are a gorgeous Blue glass set with resin to give a lifelike expression.

Miley has directionally rooted hair, in Babylockes baby brown. White blonde hair are rooted around the crown of her head.

Miley has a ring around his neck allowing it to turn. 

He has gorgeous painted nails, that have been glossed with resin.

He is approx 20 inches and 5.5 lbs.

He is weighted with high-quality materials, and the weight is evenly distributed throughout the limbs so that she feels like a real baby in your arms.

Miley comes home with the NWT Emile et Rose sleeper and matching knit baby blue sweater from Children's Salon.

 Lightly rooted top and bottom lashes. The birthmark carries into the eyelids upper and lower.
