Custom American Girl Doll Commissions – Pumpkin Sparkles Babies

Chelsea accepts a limited number of custom American Girl doll commissions. Each doll is repainted and restyled in Chelsea’s signature style, with a focus on natural beauty, subtle details, and a unique personality. Every doll is one-of-a-kind (OOAK) and no two will ever be exactly alike.

Commission Pricing – American Girl Dolls

Flat Rate: $125

This includes:

  • Full vinyl face repaint (lashes, brows, lips, and blush)

  • Optional light detailing such as freckles or beauty marks

What You Provide

As the buyer, you must send:

  • A clean American Girl doll (18") with limbs securely attached

  • Any clothing or accessories you would like the doll to be sent home wearing

If no clothing is included, the doll will be returned wrapped in protective packaging only.

Commission Terms

[01] A 50% non-refundable deposit ($62.50) is required upon acceptance of your commission.

[02] The remaining balance ($62.50) is due in full upon completion before the doll is returned.

[03] Dolls are repainted in Chelsea’s personal style. While requests for inspiration and color themes are welcome, exact replicas of past dolls will not be created.

[04] This base price does not include wig replacement, eye swaps, or repairs. These are available as add-on restoration services.

[05] The buyer must cover all shipping costs, including return shipping. Insurance is highly recommended.

[06] Each completed doll includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Props used in promotional photos are not included.

[07] Chelsea retains the right to photograph completed dolls for portfolio and promotional use.

Have a beloved American Girl doll in need of a refresh? Chelsea offers gentle restoration services to help bring your doll back to life, perfect for well-loved or secondhand dolls in need of some care.

Available Services

  • Wig Replacement – $35
    Old wig removal and new wig application. Buyer must provide the replacement wig.

  • Wig Detangling & Styling – $20
    Gentle detangling, conditioning, and styling of the doll's original wig.

  • Eye Swap – $40
    Eye removal and replacement. Buyer must provide the replacement eyes.

  • Limb Tightening – $15
    Improves doll posing by tightening loose limbs.

  • Surface Cleaning – $10
    Light vinyl and cloth body cleaning. Stain/ink removal not included.

Additional Info

  • All replacement parts (wigs, eyes) must be provided by the buyer.

  • Dolls will be shipped back wrapped in protective packaging. No clothing or accessories will be included unless provided.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
