Custom Reborn Doll Commissions – Pumpkin Sparkles Babies

Chelsea does not accept all commission requests. Each reborn doll kit painted by Chelsea is a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creation. Every baby is painted in Chelsea’s signature style, with soft, realistic skin tones, lifelike details, and a handmade feel that sets each doll apart. No two dolls are exactly alike.

Custom commissions have a set starting price and are non-negotiable.

Commission Pricing – Reborn Doll Kits

Starting price: $1,100

This includes:

  • Vinyl doll kit painting in Chelsea’s personal painting style

  • Rooted hair, with your choice of hair color

  • Option to include small personal touches, such as a birthmark, baby scratches, dry skin, or milia (discussed during the planning process)

What You Provide

As the buyer, you are responsible for sending:

  • The reborn doll kit you would like painted

  • Any clothing, blanket, or accessories you want your finished baby sent home with

If no clothing or blanket is provided, the baby will be shipped unclothed and wrapped in protective materials.

Commission Terms

[01] A 50% non-refundable deposit ($550) is required when your commission is accepted. This secures your spot and covers materials.

[02] The remaining balance ($550) is due in full once the doll is complete, prior to shipment or pickup.

[03] Hair will be rooted and customized to your chosen color. Declining rooting does not reduce the price. Additional options like painted hair, magnets, or added detailing can be discussed and priced individually.

[04] Dolls will be shipped in protective wrapping. Any clothing or blankets must be supplied by you prior to completion.

[05] The price does not include the doll kit itself. You must provide the vinyl kit for the commission.

[06] Shipping, insurance, and special packaging arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

[07] When shipping your kit to Chelsea, please wrap all parts securely with bubble wrap and insure the package.

[08] Chelsea is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. Insuring your shipment is highly recommended for both sending and receiving.

[09] Each completed doll includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Props used in photographs are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.

[10] Chelsea retains the right to photograph the completed doll for promotional and portfolio use. These images may appear on social media, websites, or marketing materials.

Important Note About Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. They are used to cover the time, planning, and materials involved in your baby’s creation. Canceling a commission after work has started does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the deposit.
